Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative requirements (secretarial and logistical support),
- Manage accounting records of the office and headquarters,
- And provide daily assistance in a variety of tasks (Organization of official visits and events ,
- Booking of temporary accommodations , etc),
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess at least three years of experience in administration and/or accounting
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy Microsoft (Word, Excel , etc.)
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- French speaking is compulsory .
