Organization: EGISS Engineering Contractors Limited
Reporting to: CEO/General Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administration of the firm to ensure operational efficiency and profitability;
- Ensure all bids are prepared on time and to the desired quality standards as set by the Directors;
- Responsible for all HR issues;
- Ensure that on-going construction projects are being delivered on time, to quality and cost with proper documentation;
- Ensure proper project cash-flow management and CRM,
- Ensure proper financial management at the firm to ensure proper accounting documentation, filing of URA Tax returns, production of all relevant financial reports;
- Possess high moral standards
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a relevant degree (Management, Engineering) from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years' working experience in a management position.
- Ability to write proposals with good project management skills
