Main purpose of the job:
Provide security to all corporation assets in the Area and ensure excellent performance of security guards.

Key result areas:
Plans and coordinates implementation of security strategies and activities in the Area.
Assigns and supervises contract security personnel in the Area and monitors their performance.
Liaises with Legal Officer, Police and private security and investigative agencies in investigating and presenting cases in which the Corporation has interest.
Ensure all security Guards hired from private firms perform their duties in accordance with the contract and set procedures.
Advises management on security matters
Prepares monthly reports on security in the Area
Coordinating the deployment of all security guards and ensure that they are well utilized

Required academic qualifications and experience:
• Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration.
• Post graduate diploma in Law.
• One (1) years’ experience in a similar position in a large organization or position in police or Prison service.

• Must be a mature and seasoned professional manager who is able to interact and coordinate activities well with staff at all levels of the company.
Age below 35 years.
