Job Summary: The Assistant Camp Supervisor will be responsible for assisting Camp Supervisor and work in camp management and maintenance to ensure successful operation, compile POB plan, crew changing plan, cost tracking and help Camp Supervisor complete his / her work.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
Employs and supervises staff to operate camp facilities and equipment.
Helps to compile the plan, record and order fuel and other consumables in campsites.
Plans menus, prepares food supply orders, and I stores food.
Inspects all facilities and collects breakage fees.
Makes arrangements for disposal of garbage.
Assumes responsibility for checking in and out camp grounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records.
Supervises and orients camp counselors.
Helps to make and perform POB plan in camp.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.
Maintains required health records to insure proper payment of accident claims resulting from camp participation.
Maintains liaison with medical doctors in the area.
Assumes responsibility for weekly camp attendance summary, program evaluation, counselor evaluation, and other required reports.
Assumes responsibility for collecting camp fees, depositingmoney in the bank, and keeping accurate financial records.
Assumes responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
Assumes responsibility for inventory and ordering of recreational equipment and supplies.
Performs related work as required by superior.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The candidate should hold a Degree, Diploma or Vocational certificate in Hotel management or related.
At least 5-years related working experience, preferably in oil and gas.
Significant knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills.
Knowledge of catering services, food safety and other camp running safety.
Good understanding of oil E&P.
