CENTRE COORDINATOR Nwoya Youth Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, co-ordinate, organize and oversee implementation of Centre activities and ensure proper utilization of STF facility and assets;
• Manage project funds in line with STF financial management procedures;
• Manage the Centre’s human resources in line with STF human resource management policies and procedures;
• Strengthen the relationship between the Centre and other stakeholders in the region;
KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in humanities i.e. Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies with additional training in project management.
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years’ experience in project management.
• Experience in community mobilization, sensitization and working with communities in SRHR issues;
• Financial and project management principles and processes;
• Human resource management principles and processes;
• Training approaches for children, youth and Wults;
• HIV prevention approaches and techniques for guidance and counseling.
