Job Description

Position Overview: Village Enterprise is looking for a person who has the drive to work under minimum supervision to lead motivational seminars and help develop their program in the field. The Intervention Leader will be responsible for leading workshops with rural communities to develop the planmaking skills and self-confidence of small business owners.  This is a part time job.

·       Good with people – friendly, open and approachable
·       Confident and proactive in pursuing organization goals
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelors in Business management, social science or any profession with bias in rural development or comparable work experience
  • Extensive experience working with rural communities and teaching
  • Fluency in Runyoro and preferably Swahili or Lugbara
