Job Title: Sales Assistant

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

About FICO:

First Insurance Company Limited (FICO), one of the fastest growing insurance companies in the country, invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Sales Assistant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Reconcile Agents performance with system entries
• Drive FICO’s business portfolio in line with corporate strategy
• Receive, check and file daily returns as well as reconcile receipts and stickers sold
• Compile Agents’ commission
• Improve service delivery in Sales through timely issuance of stickers to agents, among other tasks
• Prepare and order for Motor 3rd Party stickers
• Comply to all statutory requirements and reporting deadlines
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on Agents’ performance

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree in a business related field.
• The Sales Assistant should possess good computer literacy skills
• Good working knowledge and experience in use of the SIMs system and people management skills.
• All applicants with professional qualifications and relevant experience will have an added advantage.
