Bayport Financial Services is a leading Non-Deposit Taking Credit Institution and an equal opportunity employer, with operations in several African countries.  We are currently recruiting for the following positions for the Uganda Operations that are based at Head Office and our various Regional Offices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the sale of business products to Company customers and conducting needs analysis models for potential customers.
  •  Ensure increased product penetration tor the customers and participating in product campaigns to ensure that the products are explained to customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The Sales Manager should possess a Business degree or Master's level in economics or business administration.
  • At least eight (8) years post qualification experience with 3 years in a management position in a regulated financial institution: with product sales experience.
