Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Daily Processing of all Merchant Bank Transfers and email advice to beneficiaries on daily basis.
  • Daily Processing of Super-Agent Liquidation requests.
  • Daily Processing of ATM Withdrawal Cash Out Requests.
  • Weekly Processing of Cash Office and post-paid Collections.
  • Daily Processing of Airtime Top up and Key Cost Revenue realized.
  • Daily Tracking of AM Commissions due to Agents, Super Agents and Aggregators.
  • Timely Processing of Cash requests received from our Own Shops.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The Settlements Executive for the Telecom Company should hold a First Degree in Accounting/ Business related degree.
  • The ideal job holder should have a year’s experience in a related role
  • Business awareness.
  • Analytical skills and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Highly goal oriented.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communications skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
