Person Specification
• The applicant should be a holder of a Degree/ Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• S/he should have 5 years working experience in a similar institution.
Accountability Profile
• Ensure effective management of the University assets
• Ensure that the learning environment is maintained to a high standard by undertaking maintainace work
• Maintain all buildings, furniture/fixtures on campus regularly.
• Maintain the water system, gas and electricity installations.
• Make sure the compost pits are clean and well kept and that all garbage is collected from the compound and staff quarters and disposed off appropriately
