• Sea and Air Import and Export Managers in EAREG
• Country Sales teams
• Assistant Commercial Department
EXTERNAL
• Clients
• Bollore entities
• Other Bollore entities • Establish and drive products’ volume, market share, and profit objectives between Bollore Africa Logistics South Sudan and EAREG , starting focus in South Sudan
• Customer retention and development of region’s business through his/her personal action and that of his/her sales representatives,
• Receive the commercial information from the network, broadcast them and make sure that the actions are implemented,
• Feed back the commercial information to the network and make sure of their consideration,
• Place, estimate the whole Customers’ portfolio / Prospects of his/her region,
• Estimate competitors and market prices practiced in his/her region,
• Set up a regional marketing strategy according to the strategic development area fixed by the Sales Management,
• Develop interaction and synergies with the Sales Management and the operations of Bollore Africa Logistics South Sudan Limited of his region.
• Inform the Sales Manager Africa and/or concerned Regional Managers of the commercial actions undertaken on their scopes and on the level of the local market and performances
• To extend the scope of work where CIF terms are applicable
• To prepare a monthly Sales report highlighting sales efforts and present to management •
