About MHSDMU:
Medicines and Health Services Delivery Monitoring Unit (MHSDMU) is a key partner in implementation of the DFID funded mTrac programme . MHSDMU's role is to identify and follow up health service delivery related concerns as reported by the public using the mTrac anonymous hotline. The Unit is thus, seeking to recruit M&E and Data Entry Officers on an eight month contract with support from UNICEF under this initiative.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Updates and maintains database by entering new and updated data files.
  • Respond to the mTrac complaints and update the live dashboard with actions taken
  • Maintain data integrity, confidentiality and efficient operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Data Entry Officers should hold a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Possession of a Certificate or Diploma in ICT is an added advantage
  • At least a year’s experience in Data entry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Possess the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office packages.
