Job: Direct Sales Representative

dfcu is a fast growing bank in Uganda offering a wide range of financial solutions to its chosen market segments. We are seeking to recruit 40 Direct Sales Representatives to support our expansion strategy.

JOB TITLE: DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

REPORTING TO: Retail Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for planning and carrying out direct sales activities in order to grow customer numbers.

LOCATIONS: Central, Northern, Western and Eastern Uganda.

Key Result Areas:

•    Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business plans

•    Respond to and follow up sales inquiries

•    Attend and present at external customer meetings for cross selling opportunities

•    Sell all bank products

•    Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support Qualifications and Competencies required:

•    University degree attained not more than one year ago

•    Ambitious and results oriented

•    Very Confident

•    A quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and learning

•    Ability and willingness to combine a high pressure job and intensive sales

Experience:

Work experience is not a requirement.
